Your photo is converted by hand into a three-dimensional map and then engraved inside the crystal by a sub-surface laser, up to 15 million individual points at different depths. Can I order a crystal from my own photo?

Yes. Every crystal is made from a photo you send us, engraved inside K9 optical crystal. Any clear phone photo works, and so does a photo of a printed photo. See our guide to choosing the right photo.

What is the difference between a photo crystal and a photo in glass gift?

Yes. Every Forever-Always crystal is made to order at our studio in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire. We do not import finished crystals and re-badge them.
