Questions we get asked

Heart or rectangle — which suits my photo?
If the photograph is portrait and it is one face, the heart works well. Landscape shots, and anything with two faces in it, sit better in the rectangle. Send it over if you would rather we told you, or read our shape and size guide.

Can I use an old printed photograph?
Yes. A clear phone picture of a print is usually enough to work from — a good deal of what we engrave started life in somebody's drawer. There is more in choosing the right photo.

When do I get to check it?
If you'd like to see your crystal before we make it, tick the preview box when you order. It's free, we'll email it within 24 hours, and nothing is engraved until you're happy with it.
