How do I order a 3D crystal?
Select your preferred crystal shape and size, upload your photo, and complete your order online. We take care of the engraving and production.

What type of photo works best?
Clear, well-lit images with a defined subject usually give the best results. Portrait-style photos tend to work particularly well for 3D engraving. 

Can you remove backgrounds from photos?
Yes,  backgrounds are removed as standard. This will be handled during the design process. we offer the service of keeping the background if you require for a small charge of £10.

Can I include more than one person or pet?
Yes, multiple subjects can be included. For group images, we recommend choosing a larger crystal to maintain clarity and detail. we can use most photos and remeber you only need a good picture of the people as we remove backgrounds as standard.

Will I see a preview before it is made?
Yes you can see a preview , its free just check the box and ensure we hava an email to send it to.

Product & Quality

Is the image printed or engraved?
Your photo is laser-engraved inside the crystal, not printed on the surface. This creates a permanent 3D image that will not fade or wear over time.

What is the crystal made from?
Our crystals are made from high-quality K9 optical glass, designed to provide clarity and durability.

How does the 3D effect work?
The engraving is created using the latest technology and precision laser technology, forming thousands of points inside the crystal to build a three-dimensional image with depth, creating a cinematic feel.

Will the engraving look exactly like my photo?
The engraving is a copy of your photo but converted into a 3D format. Yes it looks like a balck and white version and is in cinematic HD.

Sizes & Choosing the Right Crystal

Which size should I choose?
Smaller sizes are suitable for single subjects or close-up images. Larger sizes provide more detail and are better for multiple people or more complex photos.

Which crystal shape is best?
Rectangle crystals are ideal for portrait-style images, while heart shapes are often chosen for more sentimental or personal gifts. Other shapes can suit different photo styles depending on composition.

Do you deliver across the UK?
Yes, we offer delivery throughout the UK.

How long does delivery take?
 Estimated delivery times  are usually 2-3 days from order.

Do you offer express delivery?
Yes , we do offer a 24 hr service ( not for orders placed sat and sun )

Returns & Issues

Can I return a personalised crystal?
Yes If you are unhappy we offer a full no quibble refund, we want happy customers. 

What if there is a problem with my order?
If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with the engraving, please contact us and we replace the damaged item.

Do I need a light base?
A light base is optional, but it can help enhance the depth and visibility of the engraving, particularly in lower lighting.

Can I send a crystal directly to someone else?
