How to Order Your 3D Crystal Photo Gift
Ordering is simple and takes just a few minutes. Here's exactly what to do:
Step 1: Choose Your Shape and Size
Browse our full range and pick the crystal shape that suits your photo and occasion. Hearts are the ones bought for anniversaries and weddings. Rectangles work beautifully for portraits and groups. If you're not sure which size to choose, our shape and size guide will help.
Step 2: Upload Your Photo
Click the upload button on the product page and select your photo from your phone or computer. Any clear phone photo works well. You can even photograph a printed photograph and use that. Don't worry if your image isn't perfect — we review every photo before engraving and will contact you if we have any concerns.
Step 3: Position and Personalise
Use the on-screen tool to position your photo in the crystal shape. Add any text — a name, date, or short message — free of charge. If you'd like more than two lines of text, add a note at checkout describing how you'd like it laid out and we'll handle it.
Step 4: Tick the Preview Box If You'd Like One
If you'd like to see your crystal before we make it, tick the preview box when you order. It's free, and it's entirely up to you — plenty of customers are happy for us to get straight on with it.
Step 5: Add to Cart and Place Your Order
Once you're happy, add to cart and complete checkout. Your photo uploads automatically with your order — you don't need to send it separately. You'll receive an order confirmation by email.
Step 6: Your Free Preview, If You Asked For One
Our team in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire reviews your image, removes the background as standard, and prepares your 3D engraving. If you ticked the preview box, we'll email you a free preview within 24 hours so you can see exactly how your photo will sit in the crystal. Nothing is engraved until you tell us you're happy with it.
Step 7: Dispatch and Delivery
Standard delivery is free to mainland UK and takes 2–3 working days. If you need it sooner, 24-hour delivery is available as an option at checkout on all 3D crystal products.
