The three things people usually contact us about

“Will this photo work?”

Send it over before you order and we will tell you honestly. We would rather say no to a photo than take your money and send you something disappointing. Old prints, screenshots, dark hospital photos and photos of photos all engrave more often than people expect.

“I need it by a certain date”

Tell us the date. Free UK delivery is 2–3 working days as standard and 24-hour delivery is available as an option at checkout, so most dates are manageable if you tell us early. If it genuinely is not, we will say so rather than let you find out late.

“Something is not right with my order”

Tell us what has happened and we will sort it. Full no-quibble refund if that is what you want — no hoops, no questions. We would rather fix it than argue about it.
