The people behind your crystal

We're Shaun and Sarah. We run Forever-Always from our studio in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, and between us we've engraved over 15,000 crystals in the last four years.

Every one of them has been through our hands. We prepare your photo ourselves, run the engraving ourselves, check it under the light ourselves, and box it ourselves. Nothing is sent overseas and nothing is outsourced — when you order from us, the two people making it are the two people who reply to your emails.

Made in the UK, not imported

Every crystal we sell is made here in Huntingdon. We don't import finished crystals and re-badge them, which is what a lot of UK websites do.

It matters for two reasons. If something isn't right, we can remake it the same day rather than waiting weeks for a replacement to arrive. And if you need it in a hurry, we're not at the mercy of anyone else's shipping.

How it's made

A 3D photo in a crystal isn't printed on the glass. It's engraved inside it — a sub-surface laser places up to 15 million individual points within a solid block of K9 optical crystal to rebuild your image in three dimensions.

Because there's nothing on the surface, there's nothing to damage. It can't fade, scratch or peel. We prepare every photo by hand before it goes anywhere near the laser, and every finished crystal is checked under the light before it's boxed.

Why we offer a preview

We know what these gifts usually are. A wedding anniversary. A dog that's no longer here. A parent who's passed.
