Losing a pet is hard, and we have engraved enough of them to know it. Every crystal in this collection is made from your own photo of a dog, cat or whichever animal ran your house, engraved inside premium K9 optical crystal using up to 15 million individual points so the image has real depth rather than sitting flat on the surface.

Unlike a photograph, the engraving sits inside solid crystal, so it will not fade, tear or mark with handling.

Rectangle shapes suit portrait-style pet photos best, heart shapes are the softer choice, and the dog bone and Prestige Iceberg designs are something different again. Larger sizes hold more clarity if there is more than one pet in the photo; a single close-up works well even in the smaller sizes. Questions we get asked

Can you make a 3D crystal from a photo of my dog or cat?
Yes. Send us the photo you want and we will engrave it inside the crystal. If you would like to see it first, tick the preview box when you order β€” it is free, we will email it within 24 hours, and nothing is engraved until you are happy with it.

What type of pet photo works best?
Clear and close up, where the face and eyes are easy to see. If you are not sure yours will work, send it over and we will tell you honestly.

My dog has died and the only photo I have is old and blurry. Is it worth it?
Often, yes. A great many of the crystals we make come from old prints, screenshots and phone photos taken years ago. Send it and we will tell you what we can do with it before you spend anything.

Can I add a light base?
Yes, bought separately. It helps the engraving stand out in a dark room or in the evening. In daylight the crystal reads perfectly well on its own. See the LED light bases.

Will the crystal fade or mark over time?
No. The image is inside the crystal, so there is nothing on the surface to rub off or fade.

How long does it take?
